1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service, platform, or product provided by Augmented Logistics AS ("Augmented Logistics", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Use of the Service
Our services are intended exclusively for business customers ("B2B"). Access is granted solely for lawful commercial purposes related to logistics, warehouse operations, and augmented reality technology integration.
You may not use our services to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on third-party rights, or interferes with the integrity or performance of our systems. Automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering of our platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, models, interfaces, and documentation made available through our services are the exclusive intellectual property of Augmented Logistics AS or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, AR rendering pipelines, spatial mapping technology, and proprietary logistics optimization modules.
Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely as permitted under your applicable service agreement.
4. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorized parties, use the service in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or the accounts of other users.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Augmented Logistics AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Augmented Logistics AS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through our platform or via the email address associated with your account.
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
